Do You Trust God?

new blog post (11)

Hello Beautiful People!!

I have a very important question for y’all:
Do you trust God?

The Bible speaks about trusting God like this:

  • “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭118:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬
  • “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬
  • “I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭91:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

In today’s world it is easy to get caught up about worrying about the news that comes across your TV or Twitter feed. This world can be really dark. In these troubling times this where you need to be on your knees and praying to God. This is where your trust comes in.

When you Trust in God it means GIVING IT ALL TO GOD. When you let go of all the bondage and chains it is one of the best feelings in the world. Trusting in God is not saying “God I can do this on my own. I’m capable of great things”. God is there for you. Do not put God in a box. God wants you to lean on him for everything. Trusting in God is giving him all your troubles, worries, fears, insecurities, anger and more. God has a perfect plan for you, you just have to believe and trust in him. Trust in your creator. I understand if that is hard for you to do. I was there. It took me a while to actually do it. The whole thought of praying to me was frightening because I had never done it before. Once I did it… That’s all it took… I felt great.

My prayer for all of you is that you allow yourself to trust God with everything. Not only through times of trouble but your everyday life.

Lyrics of the day:
“All through the struggle and darkest days, I’ll remember the empty grave”– Remember by Passion
